ZeipNET is a non-governmental organisation working in Zimbabwe to promote the use of research evidence in policy making in Zimbabwe and the Southern African Region. ZeipNET was established to develop and coordinate over-arching national processes that support the use of research evidence in policy making. It does this through capacity building and active engagement of all stakeholders involved in the policy-making matrix. These actors include policymakers and influencers, research institutions and think tanks, academia, the media, government and civil society. We believe that judicious use of evidence in policy processes has potential to transform lives.
“This is what science, research, technology and innovation should do: meet people at the point of their greatest need”
